Do you want to feel less stress, anxiety, and just more overall happiness on an everyday basis? Well, who wouldn’t? 🤷🏼♀️
Here are some of my favourite tips:
❌STOP❌ trying to please everyone. There is no way to make everyone in your life happy, so now is the time to stop trying to do this. Concentrate on what makes you happy.
❌STOP❌ fearing change. Change is not something that should be feared, it is something that should be welcomed. As we change, we grow and can move forward with new knowledge, insight, and awareness.
❌STOP❌ overthinking things. Don’t sweat the small stuff and get bogged down in overthinking things. Set a deadline or a certain amount of time to think about a decision and make your choice at the end of that timeline. Don’t second guess yourself, make the decision and move on.
❌STOP❌ being afraid to be different. Being different by thinking outside of the box is what has helped many people become great leaders, inventors, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Be an inspiration to others by forging a new path and staying true to yourself today! One of my favourite quotes is:
“Don’t be afraid of being different, be afraid of being the same as everyone else” - Unknown.
❌STOP❌ beating yourself up over mistakes. We all make mistakes. no one is perfect (that would be a big hat to wear). The important thing when you do make mistakes is to figure out what went wrong, learn from it, and move forward knowing how to deal with it the next time around.
❌STOP❌ thinking you’re not good enough. Comparing yourself to other people is toxic, we all have our own journey and it is completely different from everyone else’s. Start talking to yourself the same way you would speak to a good friend and actually listen to these words.
